Terms of Service
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Kino Technologies ("Company", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Obsessed LV mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile App" or "Services").
Account and Registration
By using the Mobile App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this Mobile App.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Mobile App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Mobile App and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
Content
Our Mobile App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Mobile App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Mobile App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Mobile App. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Mobile App, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Mobile App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Mobile App:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Mobile App.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
Content Moderation
We are committed to fostering a safe and positive community for all users. To maintain this environment, we have established the following content guidelines:
- No Bullying or Harassment: We do not tolerate any form of bullying, harassment, or targeted abuse towards individuals or groups. Treat others with respect and kindness at all times.
- No Graphic or Violent Content: Content that depicts graphic violence, gore, or other disturbing material is prohibited. This includes images, videos, or text that may cause distress or discomfort to others.
- No Nudity or Sexual Content: We prohibit the sharing of explicit or pornographic material, including nudity or sexual content. Keep your posts and comments appropriate for all audiences.
- No Spam or Scams: Spamming, phishing attempts, or other forms of deceptive or fraudulent content are strictly prohibited. Respect the community by not inundating it with irrelevant or unwanted messages.
- No Hateful or Inflammatory Dialogue: Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content intended to incite violence or division is not allowed. Engage in constructive dialogue and avoid inflammatory rhetoric.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or other actions as deemed necessary by the Obsessed LV moderation team.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Mobile App and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Intellectual Property Rights
The Mobile App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kino Technologies and its licensors. The Mobile App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kino Technologies.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Mobile App, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page.
